Geoduck have a flavor that's rich and buttery but not at all fishy. Eat them raw or fried or add them to fritters, stews, and chowders. Most Lilliwaup locals take a meat tenderizer to a geoduck steak before cooking it. Whatever you do, don't overcook your geoduck, or it will get tough.
